Mega steel panel formwork with stainless steel sheeting
Broadcasting building of one of the national television channels in Brussels
There was an absolute requirement for all concrete walls and columns to have a fairfaced finish.
The job was carried out with the use of rented Mega modular shuttering system for 9m high walls and bespoke 8,1m high column boxes:
- Self-compacting concrete pumped from below
- Octagonal steel column boxes: 2 sets with 5 stackable parts: 3700mm, 1400mm, 1300mm, 1000mm and 700mm
- Mega full steel panels with stainless steel sheeting: 500m²
